My client is seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join their dynamic team in Greater Manchester. Their practice excels in delivering a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, retail, cultural, and community developments.

Requirements for this role:

As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, presenting, detailing, and overseeing the delivery of Interior Design schemes, ensuring they are innovative, thoughtful, exciting, and of the highest quality with a focus on sustainability. You will also manage and supervise junior team members to achieve exceptional results.

You will be a good fit for this Role:

• A proven track record of providing outstanding client service and leading projects to successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for attending meetings and collaborating with clients.
• Strong conceptual design skills with knowledge of current design trends.
• Proficiency in Revit software and experience with 3D design tools such as Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion, and Twinmotion.
• Ability to create high-quality presentation materials independently or lead others in the process.
• Effective collaboration skills for working with Architectural and external design teams.
• Strong documentation skills for preparing RIBA Stage drawings, reports, and other necessary documents.
• Experience in preparing detail design packages, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), in coordination with team members.
• Understanding of construction processes, materials, and products as necessary.
• Familiarity with project financial management and fee preparation.
