Graduate Engineer
We have an opportunity for an Engineer with graduate experience who is eager to enhance their skills and advance their career in a consultancy setting. Your key responsibilities for this role:
- Assisting the Engineering team in producing and reviewing engineering designs from pre-acquisition through detailed design
- Providing support to ensure planning and building regulation conditions are met
- Creating drawings in AutoCAD
- Timely delivery of engineering information, including civil and structural provisions
- Collaborating effectively with various stakeholders
- Attending client, design, and site meetings
- Mentoring and supporting apprentice engineers
You will be a good fit for this role:
- BEng/MEng in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Graduate/postgraduate experience
- Strong technical design and drawing skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Organizational skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Practical design approach and awareness of on-site construction
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Desired qualities:
- Experience with Revit would be advantageous
