Job Description
My client, a company specialising in Defence sector projects and collaborations with central government and FM companies, is currently seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team. They work on a variety of projects including refurbishment and new build projects across sectors such as healthcare, housing, industrial buildings, and more.
You will be a good fit for this role if you:
- Ideally have experience in building pathology
- Possess a working knowledge of condition surveys, fire risk assessments, defect analysis, and report writing
- Self-motivated and a good team player
- Have good client management skills
Requirements for this role:
- Chartered status through a recognised professional body, such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- Clean driving licence and no criminal record
- DBS check and BPSS clearance required
